How do I book?
Call or text (530) 558-0642, or use our contact page to prepare an enquiry. Share your pet’s breed, age, weight and location. The team will confirm an estimate and availability.
What is included in grooming?
Shampoo, conditioner, hand drying, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, nail clipping or grinding, a brush-out and a haircut if desired and appropriate for the coat.
Which dogs qualify for mobile visits?
Mobile service is designed for dogs under 70 lb. For dogs close to 70 lb, ask the team to confirm eligibility. Our spa locations have no weight limit.
Do you groom cats?
Cats are accepted at our salons by appointment, with prices starting at $105. We do not shave cats unless necessary. Discuss coat condition with the team when booking.
Do I need vaccination paperwork?
For salon visits, bring current records and confirm the required vaccinations with the team. Rabies documentation is required for pets over six months. Please have DHPP and Bordetella records ready as well and confirm what applies to your pet. Tell the team about any veterinary exemption.
Will you shave a double-coated dog?
We generally do not provide short all-over clipping or shaving on double coats. Medical needs or severe matting require discussion, and veterinary referral might be appropriate.
What if my dog has mats?
Tell us before the appointment. Mats require additional handling and sometimes shaving or veterinary referral. Comfort comes first, and the final style depends on the coat’s condition.
How does the arrival window work?
Mobile appointments have a one-hour arrival window. Spa clients should arrive at the confirmed time and collect pets promptly after grooming.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please call or text at least 24 hours in advance. Late non-emergency changes or no-shows are subject to a $99 fee per pet. Read our policies for full details.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at service. We accept cash, card, check and Zelle. Card payments carry a fee. Ask the team for the amount before confirming your payment method.
Do you offer a shuttle?
Yes, within selected communities near our El Dorado Hills spa. Shuttle service starts at $25 in addition to spa grooming. Confirm your address and transport arrangements with the team.
